Insfamous Terms of Service

By using Insfamous services, you agree to these terms. By registering or using these services, you agree that you have read and fully understood the following Terms of Service of this agreement.

Thank you for using our products and services (“Services”). The Services are provided by Insfamous. By accessing this website, you agree to be bound by these website Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws, and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Service

Insfamous is designed solely to help you reach your target audience and increase interactions on your social media account. However, Insfamous does not guarantee that your new audience will engage with your future posts. Additionally, you agree not to upload any content to Insfamous that includes nudity or any material deemed inappropriate or unacceptable by the Instagram community guidelines.

3. Payment Processor

Payments are processed using a secure credit card checkout, with no sensitive financial information being saved on our servers. Payments are processed using SSL encryption. By purchasing our services, you agree that you clearly understand and accept what you are purchasing and will not file a fraudulent dispute or claim. In the event of a fraudulent attempt to file a dispute or claim, we reserve the right to permanently ban your account.

4. Registration

You agree that by ordering or accepting this agreement, you are at least 13 years of age.

5. Copyright

You will not copy any programming, text, or images used on the Insfamous website without the written consent of an Insfamous representative.

6. Instagram

You will only use the Insfamous website in a manner that follows all agreements made with Instagram on its Terms of Service page.

7. Liabilities

Insfamous is not liable for any account suspension or content deletion done by Instagram. In no event shall Insfamous, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

Insfamous is not responsible for any damages you or your business may suffer. We make no guarantees of any kind, express or implied, for the services we provide. Since Insfamous uses the internet to deliver services, we cannot guarantee the uptime or availability of our website.

9. Change Of Terms

These Terms of Service are subject to change at any time. Notices of change will be considered given and effective on the date posted on our website. The changes made will become effective on the date they are posted on our website. No further notice by Insfamous is required upon your continued use of our website or software.

10. Refund Policy

No Refund Conditions

We DO NOT honor requests for a refund for the following reasons:

Insfamous is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods thus we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished, even if the entered username/account name is incorrect. Unfortunately, Insfamous cannot revert the services sent.
We do not issue refunds once the service has been completed, even if the relevant Instagram account or content has been deleted by Instagram.
If the customer makes a purchase from Insfamous and another service provider at the same time, in case of any problems, the customer is responsible and Insfamous is not required to issue any refunds.
We will not honor requests for a refund when we have notified customers about possible delays before ordering (for example, an alert on the order page(s)).
Drop: If you experience any drop regarding our services, we will compensate you for drops within one month of the purchase date. However, the customer must prove that the drop was due to the services provided by Insfamous, and if the customer has purchased a service from another service provider and this is detected, this option will not be available to you.
Partial: If the order is “partial,” Insfamous may issue a refund of the corresponding partial amount of the items in the order. In such a case, Insfamous decides on the partial amount by checking the data in Insfamous’s own control panel.
Non-delivery of the service: In some cases, processing times might be slow, and your orders may take a little longer to complete. In this case, we recommend that you contact us for assistance. Requests for order non-delivery must be submitted in writing to our support department within three business days from the order date. Otherwise, the campaign will be considered complete, and your return request will be deemed invalid.
Product not-as-described: Such issues should be reported to our support department within 7 days from the date of purchase. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as described on the website. Complaints that are based merely on the customer’s false expectations or wishes are not honored. Our support team is always eager to assist you and deliver highly professional support in a timely manner. Thank you for purchasing from us.
